SummaryAs a member of theTechnology Product Management team, you engage business leaders and users ofyour products to help translate business objectives and user needs intofeatures and product team objectives in the product roadmap. You will helpadvocate for and represent the needs of users through development bycollaborating with engineers and vendors in development of solutions.Contribute to the end-to-end enterprise roadmap.
Responsibilities
·Contributeto the creation of an end-to-end product/platform vision and multi-year roadmapfor a function in partnership with other Product Leaders, Engineering teams andthe business
·Partnerwith all stakeholders to understand Business needs, outcomes and value andprovide input so roadmaps are aligned to those needs
·Ensureroadmaps account for and integrate dependencies across functional areas withinDomains
·Helpidentify integrate dependencies across functional areas within Domains, so theyare accounted for within product roadmaps
·Collaboratingwith other TPM's, Domain TPM’s and the Central TPM Leader to addressdependencies across Global Tech; provide inputs into overall end to end GlobalTech roadmap development Deliver value to the business via products &platforms
·Leverageexisting value frameworks within the team to provide input to other productmanagers on product and platform decisions
·Contributeto the execution steps of product management in accordance with the valueframework
·Leverageand apply TPM ways of working (e.g., process, artifacts, templates, collaborationmodels)
·Contributeto tracking value delivered, product adoption, performance, and executionagainst the end-to-end roadmap and adjusting roadmaps as necessary
·Contributeto engagement with all stakeholders to understand Business needs and goals andproviding strategic advice on how to respond
·Utilizinga "customer-centric" mindset in providing input on roadmaps andbuilding products/platforms that both meet current and future enterprise needs
·Contributeto product and platform strategies to ensure they deliver outsized value toGlobal Tech quickly and are built to be scalable and agile
·Bringyour own market and industry insights to the platform and product strategy ofthe team
